Packed inside the Ficus clad walls are a plunge pool, multiple entertaining areas and space for a car when required.
Initially this felt like an impossible scenario, however by slightly reducing proportions, pushing everything out to boundaries, and using a few other techniques to slim down interfaces between materials, things began to fit and actually felt generous for their intended function.
The end result is a beautifully crafted urban / industrial courtyard wrapped in green walls, set against the industrial skyline beyond.
