To address the sloping nature of the site the garden was split into two main sections, divided by a dramatic oversized sandstone wall with a soft capping of trailing rosemary.

The lower garden features a generous pool, sun deck and hidden playground, while the upper level provides the entertaining terrace and lawn with views over the pool.

Existing neighbouring and onsite canopy trees create scale and backdrop to the garden and provide a soft, filtered light to the lawn and pool areas.  Flowering native and perennial plantings, fill garden pockets between and spill over walls and stairs to create interest charm.

Currently working with this client again and preparing plans for another area of the garden.  So often the case with our clients, our relationship continues as the garden evolves and our client’s needs change.
